ALL SALES ARE FINAL

The Rainbow Unicorn Shop curates custom gifts. Most items are personalized. Handmade items have natural flaws and are not 100% perfect therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Sizes are given in product description so please order your size as best as possible.  

To discuss any issues or concerns about an item purchased, you can contact us at info@therainbowunicornshop.com. You will receive a response from our customer service team within 48 hours of email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in transit from carrier or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If items are damaged  by the shipping carrier please take detailed pictures of damage and email it to info@therainbowunicornshop.com so that we, The Rainbow Unicorn Shop can put in a claim with our registered carrier.
