Shipping Policy

All items are shipped via USPS. USPS is NOT required to acquire a signature confirmation unless requested & paid for by the customer. USPS is also not required to ring your doorbell or knock on the door to alert you that your package has arrived.

You will receive tracking information once your order is completed and packed via email. Please check your junk/spam for order confirmation and shipping information. If you are unable to find this information please email info@therainbowunicornshop.com.

The Rainbow Unicorn Shop will not be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. Please make sure the address used is complete and correct before placing your order. If you place an order using the wrong address, please send an email immediately to have the address changed; if you do not it will at your own expense to have the package resent. You will be responsible for ALL reshipping charges.

Please note that  most custom items such as t-shirts, hats, masks and journals ship within 7-10 business days. Custom  coasters, tumblers, and mugs ship within 7-21 business days of paid invoice.
